Originally raised in middle Tennessee, Betsy began a career in event coordinating after graduating from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. She moved to Nashville, TN to work as a private dining coordinator for a local restaurant before venturing on to become the Director of Special Events for a popular hot chicken brand. In this role, she coordinated and executed multiple large-scale festivals for the brand. In December 2019, she moved to New Orleans, LA to create and lead the events program for a local macro-brewery before joining the Haylo Group in 2021. In her free time, Betsy enjoys anything food-related – cooking, eating out at new restaurants, and exploring new cities through their culinary adventures. She has a pretty cute dog named Ruthie, too!
